In order for you to see your cameras remotely, you have to have an Internet connection at that location. There also must be power for the cameras to be powered on. We can provide PoE networking switches that will power the cameras, but that switch must have 110-120 power, and the distance between the switch and the camera must be less than 320 feet. If your company has an IT department, we will work with them to ensure the necessary ports are opened in your firewalls.

STG makes documentation for every camera system that we install- including yours! As long as the proper authority for your company gives us the green light, we’ll be happy to either send or bring you your documentation.
