Solutions Technology Group has partnered with INTEG Process Group to create a user-friendly Line Side Printing solution for manufacturing. Utilizing the JNIOR controller, no PC is needed after setup! Simply connect the JNIORs I/O to your machines’ PLC or any type of 24VDC signal and print based on the machines’ cycles or count. With the Line Side Printing application, you can create, configure, and generate labels as needed and print directly to most industrial printers or your business’s label management system. Features such as automatic indexing of serial numbers and barcode verification to verify that your label has been printed correctly are some of the standard features included with the application. Label printing and error reports are also included and available to be viewed directly or downloadable as a .csv file.
